Indy Pride welcomes two new staff members

February 14, 2023

Indy Pride hired its first full-time employee in 2017. Prior to that, the organization was managed for more than 20 years by volunteers and an occasional contract person. We are very excited to announce that beginning today, Tuesday, February 14th, Indy Pride will have three full-time staff members!

Our Executive Director, Shelly Snider (she/her) celebrated her one-year anniversary with the organization in January and is thrilled to be adding to her team with the following individuals.

Please join us in welcoming Camden and Hector to the team!

Hector Morales (he/him), Director of Marketing

Originally born in Mexico City and raised in Indianapolis. Hector graduated from the Kelley School of Business. Hector has worked in the technology field, the financial field, law firms, and most recently at a billion-dollar foundation. Hector also started his marketing agency after several years of freelance work.

Hector has a passion for helping the community. He is on the board of various boards such as the Indiana Latino Democratic Caucus. Outside of his career, Hector enjoys watching sports, traveling with his friends, and enjoying the good food the world has to offer.

Hector is excited to serve the LGBTQ+ community as Indy Pride’s Director of Marketing.
