Dear Merchant on Mass Ave.,
Indy Pride, Inc. is proud to announce the Cadillac Barbie Indy Pride Parade Presented by Delta Faucet will occur on Saturday, June 8, 2019.
The route will encompass all of Mass. Ave., with marshaling occurring East of College Avenue and the full parade turning West on New York St. and North on Delaware St.
Please look at www.indypride.org for a map of the parade after May 26th.
For merchants on Mass. Ave. wanting to sell food/beverages/other goods or have outside seating during the Cadillac Barbie Pride Parade presented by Delta Faucet, please fill out this form and pay the required $75 processing fee. This is required by the city and all businesses wishing to provide these services must register through Indy Pride by May 20th at this link: https://parade2019.eventbrite.com
Vendor areas and seating cannot block the sidewalk but will be on the street in designated parking areas. Businesses wishing to participate are responsible for blocking off their designated areas with their own barricades. Do not use the barricades or bike racking provided by DPW. If those items are used, they will be removed by Indy Pride Staff.
If you plan to sell food/beverages, you must register with the Health Department by May 20th and provided proof of registration to [email protected]. Those who fail to register with Indy Pride or the Health Department will be required to shut down operations during the Cadillac Barbie Pride Parade Presented by Delta Faucet.
