Indy Pride 2021 Virtual Festival Vendor Registration FAQs

Indy Pride is excited to welcome community organizations, activist groups, businesses, merchants, and artists to participate in our online vendor marketplace at the Indy Pride 2021 Virtual Festival!
When will the Indy Pride Virtual Celebration take place?
The event date is ? June 12th, 2021 and the festival will begin at 12 p.m. We ask that you or someone from your team be available from 12 – 4 p.m. to connect with your booth via Zoom web conferencing to answer questions for festival participants and guests.
How do I set up my online vendor booth?
During Eventbrite registration, you will select the category for your organization. Your virtual booth will be placed in that section during the virtual festival. Those categories include:
Activist Alley
Art and Artists
Faith-Based Resources
Food Court
Gilead HIV Services Hub
Healthcare Corridor
LGBTQ+ Career Hub
Merchant Market
Resiliency Resources
Shop with Pride
Once you complete your registration via Eventbrite, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with a link to the Indy Pride website and instructions to complete step two for finalizing your online vendor booth. You will be able to upload the following information about your organization or business on the virtual vendor website:
A brief (500 characters) description of your business or organization
Three photos of products, staff, services, or relevant business information
A link to your website
A Zoom link (optional – for live interactions during the virtual Festival)
