CELEBRATION ON THE CIRCLE: Monument Circle

Celebration on the Circle is a highlight of Indy Pride Weekend, taking it back to one of the most meaningful traditions in the history of Indianapolis Pride for TWO DAYS. The Celebration on the Circle will be held on Monument Circle, a signature location in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, and is completely free and open to the public. This event offers a family-friendly atmosphere that celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and invites everyone to participate in this historic moment. We strive to ensure that all Pride events are tobacco-free and provide resources for tobacco cessation for all. The event will feature a Community Zone that reflects the core values of Indy Pride.

Highlights include:

  • Performances by Local Drag Artists: Expect an incredible array of drag performances, showcasing some of the best local talent and offering a platform for expression and creativity.
  • Community Stage: A stage dedicated to amplifying local voices, including community leaders, performers, and activists, who will speak to issues of importance within the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
  • Food Vendors: A diverse selection of local food trucks and vendors will be on-site, offering a variety of tasty treats to suit every palate.
Artisan Vendors: Local artisans and creators will showcase their products, from art to fashion, adding a creative and unique flair to the event. Indy Pride will be partnering with Indy Gay Market for the SUNDAY portion of Celebration on the Circle.
