CATCH My Breath (CMB) Training: Youth Implementation

CATCH My Breath (CMB) is an evidence-based vaping prevention program for grades 5-12. The curriculum is grade-level specific and meets health education standards.

Implementation Trainings

Participants who complete any of these trainings will become certified to implement CMB to youth within their school or community. The training includes best practices and demonstration on how to facilitate a CMB lesson, current research and information on youth vaping, laws, and policies, as well as an overview of the parent/caregiver educational materials. Supporting documentation for CEUs
can be provided.

Who can register?

This training is most suitable for those who plan on implementing the CMB program to youth within a school or youth serving organization.

*Participants who take this training will only be able to implement the program to youth. They will not be able to train other adults to teach the curriculum. If you wish to do both, register only for the Train-the-Trainer training.
