Indy Pride has opened applications for its next Executive Director — a visionary, community-driven leader ready to guide the organization into its next chapter of growth, advocacy, and joy.
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of Indy Pride, overseeing strategic direction, programs, fundraising, and the annual Pride Parade and Festival — one of Indiana’s largest celebrations of LGBTQ+ life.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging; proven experience in nonprofit or business leadership; and a passion for uplifting the diverse voices of the LGBTQ+ community. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Indianapolis and offers a competitive salary and benefits.
