We want everyone to have the best Indy Pride Festival possible, and to keep things running smoothly, here is some basic information to help you plan for Festival Day.
Festival tickets will be available shortly! Prices will be $5.
Children 12 and Under will be admitted to the Festival for free when accompanied by an adult.
If you have a caregiver, that caregiver will be admitted to the Festival at no cost. If you have any accommodation needs please let use know when buying your ticket. We will do our best to accommodate those needs. If you have questions you can contact our accessibility team at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Festival hours will be 11am-11pm on Saturday, June 9th.
No Outside Alcohol
While the law does allow alcohol sold at the festival to be taken out of the tents, you cannot bring in containers of alcohol; this is still against the law. There will be any vendors onsite to sell alcohol.
The June sun can be unrelenting. We encourage everyone to stay hydrated during the day; however, any non-alcoholic beverages brought in must be in their original, unopened container. No Travel Cups.
Designated Non-Smoking Areas
Food Courts and Family Zone have are designated as non-smoking areas.
The Family Zone is designed for families with entertainment and vendors geared toward children and families. This is a smoke free and alcohol free zone. You will be asked to leave alcoholic drinks outside of the zone. Security may ask you to leave the festival if you are found with alcohol in the zone.
Bags, Coolers & Food
Purses, backpacks and other bags are allowed and will be subject to search; however, COOLERS are not to exceed 18 inches by 14 inches by 14 inches (18” x 14” x 14”).
While we do not ban pets, we ask that you think twice about bringing your pet(s) due to the large crowds and typically extreme heat. We encourage you to check out Pet Pride for a very pet-friendly event Saturday, June 2nd at the Eiteljorg. (Trust us: Your pet will love it!)
All pets must be leashed. You assume full responsibility for your pet and your pet’s behavior.
While we do not want to limit self-expression, the local laws need to be followed. We ask you to observe the simple rule of swimsuit covering. If you can wear it to a public pool you are good to go.
Personal Items = Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your personal items, including the items left in unattended canopies and tents, including Tent City and cabanas. You assume all risk of their loss or damage. Lost and Found will be located at the Info Tent located at the Pavilion in the east side of the park.
