NEW IN 2023!! – Clear Bag Policy

To ensure the safety and security of all attendees staff and volunteers at the Indy Pride Festival a new clear bag policy will be enforced at Military Park.  SEE FULL CLEAR BAG POLICY DETAILS HERE!

No Outside Alcohol

While the law does allow alcohol sold at the Festival to be taken out of the bar tents, you cannot bring in containers of alcohol; this is still against the law. There will be many vendors onsite to sell alcohol.

Non-Alcoholic Beverages

The June sun can be unrelenting. We encourage everyone to stay hydrated during the day. Each guest is allowed one, non-alcoholic beverage brought in must be in their original, unopened container.

Tobacco-Free Festival

Indy Pride Festival is a tobacco-free festival for the health and safety of our attendees. If attendees choose to smoke, including e-cigarettes or vaping, you must get a pass-out and exit Festival grounds. Pass-out tickets will allow you access to come back in at no additional cost.

Community Zone

The Community Zone is designed for families with entertainment and vendors geared toward children and families. This is a smoke-free, family-friendly area, so please be courteous when visiting this space.

Bags, Coolers & Food

Coolers are not allowed. Purses and bags must adhere to the NEW CLEAR BAG POLICY. All bags will be subject to search. Pre-packaged food is allowed into the Festival.

Pets

While we do not ban pets, we ask that you think twice about bringing your pet(s) due to the large crowds and typically extreme heat. We encourage you to check out Pet Pride for a very pet-friendly event on June 3rd. (Trust us: Your pet will love it!)

All pets must be leashed. You assume full responsibility for your pet and your pet’s behavior.

No Nudity

While we do not want to limit self-expression, the local laws need to be followed. We ask you to observe the simple rule of swimsuit covering. If you can wear it to a public pool you are good to go.

Personal Items = Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your personal items, including the items left in unattended canopies and tents, including cabanas. You assume all risk of their loss or damage. Lost and Found will be located at the Info Tent located at the Pavilion on the east side of the park.
