Staying Healthy at Home: Orangetheory Pride Workout
💪 Join Indy Pride and Orangetheory Fitness Downtown for a fun, action-packed workout from the comfort of your home. Matt Clark, Orangetheory Regional Manager, will lead an Orangetheory Fitness at Home workout of the day. Orangetheory at Home workouts require minimal equipment and are bodyweight workouts that are easy and fun to do at home.
A few things you might need for your workout:
- sweat towel
- water bottle
- yoga mat or towel
- 1-2 canned goods for weights
🎟 RSVP using the “Get Tickets” button. You will receive the link to access the event 1 hour prior to the start time of the event.
