BLAQ TV: Sound Bath Meditation with Devon Ginn

Ease into your day with a mid-morning sound bath meditation led by the sound alchemist and poet, Devon Ginn.

What you will need to participate:

  • Yoga mat, towel, or blanket
  • Comfy clothes to relax and stretch your body
  • Candle or incense to set the mood (optional, but definitely recommended)

Devon Ginn (he/they) is the Visual Art & Entertainment Curator at the historic Madam Walker Legacy Center. Ginn also serves as the vice president of the board at the Indiana Writers Center. This Indianapolis native is an Americans for the Arts 2019-2020 Fellow, an Arts Council of Indianapolis 2020-2021 Creative Renewal Fellow, a placekeeper + placemaker, a 200-hour yoga + meditation teacher training student with Communities Rizing, a sound alchemist, and a poet.


BLAQ TV is an all-day, virtual takeover bringing an unprecedented queer perspective during Black History Month. It highlights those that paved the way, and current LGTBQ+ trail blazers. BLAQ TV is hosted by Indiana Pride of Color, Proyecto Siembra, Mi Gente PreP, Taste Indy, and Indy Pride.
